Where can I buy Kooshi products?

At this moment only through our website.

How do I clean my Kooshi products?

We advise that you spot clean your backpack and lining with damp cloth only.

Don’t use any abrasive cloth or sponges to clean the backpack.

Kooshi cushion – we advise a 30 degree machine wash on low spin cycle . Please don’t tumble dry your Kooshi but let it dry naturally. After when Kooshi is dry please reshape gently.

How do I put my Kooshi cushion on?

Four elastic loops are holding your Kooshi firmly in place.  It is easier to put the top loop then the diagonal bottom loop when attaching the cushion and repeat with the other two loops.  We have designed the loops to be stretchy enough to keep your Kooshi firmly in place.

Where do you ship from? How quickly will my order arrive?

Our goods are shipped form our warehouse usually 2-3 working days form receiving your order.

Do you ship outside UK?

We do ship internationally and if you would really would like Kooshi to be part of your family, please email us om info@kooshi.co.uk and we can provide you with a shipping cost.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?

Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping at this time. We are planning to add gift wrapping and gift cards in the future.

How do I exchange/return a Kooshi item?

What is Kooshi’s warranty policy?

We at Kooshi take great pride in the quality of our products and excellent customer service. Please note that the Kooshi warranty covers items against defective workmanship.

This does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or natural breakdown over extended use and time. All products will be replaced at our discretion. If you believe you have a defective product, please email info@kooshi.co.uk. Please include photo(s) of the damaged product.

Will Kooshi ever share my personal information?

Kooshi will not sell your personal information or share it with other parties. When you order with us, we ask for your personal email address only so we can communicate with you about your order, send you an order confirmation, and occasionally tell you about our new products. You may opt out if you no longer wish to receive communications from us.

Are Kooshi products safe for my children?

Our product is EN 71 tested. Product is not suitable for children under 3 years old due to a small parts on the backpack and long shoulder straps.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, not at this time. If you'd like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each one and you will be charged separate cost for each order.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

No, changes cannot be made to an order once it's been submitted.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
